Jake’s Place is a beautiful log home close to the Maggie Valley Country Club. It is accessible year-round and has great access to all of the Maggie Valley attractions, but is still private and quiet. Jake’s Place has plenty of room for the whole family! It even has a baby grand piano in the loft!

Linens and towels are provided. Just bring paper products and soap. Pets, please ask. No smoking.

Reservations are held for one week, allowing time for receipt of your deposit. The balance of your payment must be received at least 20 days before your arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel at least 60 days before your planned arrival, your payment will be refunded less a $35 administration fee. If you cancel with less than 60 days notice, AND the house is re-rented, your payment will be refunded minus the $35 administration fee.
